Link your Peony Rewards account to the app in just a few minutes and start earning points with every order.

Step 1

Create Your Account

Tap "Create an Account" from the welcome screen. Enter your email address and create a password (at least 6 characters). Check your inbox for a verification code.

💡 Use the same email you might have used when shopping with us in-store.
Step 2

Verify Your Email

Enter the 6-digit code we sent to your email. This confirms you own the email address and activates your account.

💡 If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Step 3

Add Your Phone Number

Enter your mobile number (10 digits, without the leading 0). We'll send you an SMS with a 6-digit verification code.

💡 Use the phone number linked to your existing Peony Rewards card if you have one.
Step 4

Verify Your Phone

Enter the SMS code you received. The app will automatically look up your existing Peony Rewards account and link it to your new app profile.

💡 If you're a new customer, we'll create your loyalty account for you automatically.
Step 5

Complete Your Profile

Review your details — if you already have an account with us, your information will be pre-filled. Add your birthday for a special treat on us!

💡 Your birthday unlocks a free birthday reward every year.
Step 6

Start Earning Rewards

That's it! You're all set. Start ordering and earning loyalty points with every purchase. Track your Gold Status progress and redeem rewards right from the app.

💡 Gold Status is achieved at 2,500 points per calendar year.

I already have a loyalty card — will my points transfer?

Yes! When you register with the same phone number, the app automatically finds and links your existing Peony Rewards account with all your points and Gold Status progress intact.

What if my phone number has changed?

Register with your current number. After setup, contact us through the app and we'll merge your old account with your new number.

I'm a brand new customer — do I need to do anything special?

Not at all! When you register, the app automatically creates your loyalty account. You'll start earning points from your very first order.

How do loyalty points work?

You earn points on every order. Reach 2,500 points in a calendar year to unlock Gold Status with exclusive perks. 100 points = £5 in rewards.
